What leasing options are available?
We offer 6-12 month leases.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
Yes, you can and if we have it, we can hold it for no more than 30 days.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
No we don't
Are utilities included?
No
Is renter's insurance required?
No, but you do pay a fee of $19 which is building protection that is mandatory
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
No clubhouse
What are the hours for the fitness center?
No fitness center
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
No pool
What are the hours for the business center?
From 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
What are the hours of the laundry facility?
From 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
No, you have to connect it own your own
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
No , but you could request to leave it in the leasing office
Are BBQ grills available?
No
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Yes
What is the parking situation?
It's first come first serve. But you can reserved your own parking spot for $50 monthly

In 1968. Yes we have done upgrades in the units and installed washer and dryer connections

We have both bath tubs and walk in showers
